Delete your account
In the app
The fastest way is inside Renovate (web, iOS or Android):
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the danger zone and choose Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password (or a recent sign-in).
Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone. Download your data first if you want a copy (Settings, "Your data").
Without the app
If you can no longer open the app, or have uninstalled it, email us from the address your account uses:

We reply to confirm it is really you, then delete the account. We act on requests without undue delay and within one month.
What gets deleted
Your profile and sign-in details, preferences, notifications and AI history are deleted straight away. Renovations you own that nobody else uses are deleted with all their content. Shared renovations stay available to the other members, with your contributions no longer linked to you, unless you choose to delete everything you added. Encrypted backups rotate out within 6 months. The full details are in the privacy policy.
Partial deletion (for example only your photos or a single renovation) is possible in the app, or by email.
